weight containing a dimensional pink berry with black
seeds, on a stem with green leaves, over a star-cut ground. "The
artisans at Baccarat ingeniously fused hexagonal rods together
to create the dimensional berries in this interpretation of the
strawberry...In mid-nineteenth-century France, strawberries were
presented as a gift to provide foresight."- The Art of

blown pear weight with a three-dimensional yellow fruit
displaying a caramel-colored blush on a round cookie base. The
fruit has a tan stem and a dark green glass stamp on the blossom
end. "In many instances, they streaked or mottled the fruit

containing five blushing pears and four ruby cherries, nestled

fruit bouquet weight, a casual arrangement, with an amber
apple, an amber pear, a chartreuse pear and four ruby cherries
with green stems, nestled on a bed of emerald leaves. The blossom
end of the apples and pears is decorated with a green stamp.
The arrangement is set in a white double-swirl latticinio funnel
basket. "Perhaps because of their seed-bearing nature, carrying
life to future generations, apples and other fruits are often
associated with immortality and magic in folk legend, mythology,
