Rare Saint Louis four-color crown paperweight with
ruby and cadmium green twists, alternating with white latticinio
spokes and lime green and cobalt blue twists, originating from
a large pink, white and blue central cog star cane. "The
crown weight is perhaps the most distinctive of all the Saint
Louis designs."

red and cobalt blue twists, alternating with white latticinio
spokes, projecting from a central complex six-pointed star/bundled
rod cane in yellow, white, green and red.
"The precision with which the glassmaker placed the parts
of the design together is a phenomenal demonstration of skill."-The
Art of the Paperweight-Challenging Tradition (See The Art
of the Paper-weight, p. 90; The Encyclopedia of Glass Paperweights,

Saint Louis four-color crown paperweight with ruby
and lime green twists, alternating with white latticinio spokes
and cobalt blue and salmon twists, originating from a large central
complex cog and floret cane in white, salmon, and cobalt (See
The Art of the Paperweight-Saint Louis, p. 13; A Collector's
Guide to Paperweights, pp. 34-35; Paperweights for Collectors,
pp. 13, 53, 68). Bottom is chipped.

Saint Louis egg-shaped paperweight with an upright
bouquet of assorted lampwork flowers and dark green leaves; all-over
circular facets. The oblong glass was intended to be held in
a gentle lady's hand, a Victorian technique to cool the palms.

Saint Louis antique multi-tiered pink dahlia paperweight
with a yellow and blue cog cane center and six radiating
green leaves on a clear, star-cut ground.
"(Saint Louis) was founded in 1767 under the patronage of
the French King Louis XV. The 'Royal Glassworks' of Saint Louis
can presently trace its history back to 1586, when the original
glassworks were founded at that locality in the Argenthal region."-Paperweights
