Bob's grandfather knew Emil Larson, an American glass craftsman well known for his crimped rose paperweights. Bob's father worked as an antique dealer for many years... Also, the Banford family has its roots in the Vineland, New Jersey area, a region rich in the glass making tradition." -The Art of the Paperweight.
