Whitefriars 1978 faceted Mary and Joseph Christmas millefiori
paperweight, with a central millefiori mosaic picture cane
of Mary on a donkey, being led by Joseph, who looks to a complex
cane as the Star of Bethlehem, in a sky of blue stardust canes.
Surrounded by garlands of pink and blue canes, on clear ground,
with five and one faceting. The number '464' engraved on the
base. Signature and date cane.

Whitefriars 1975 faceted Christmas angel millefiori paperweight,
with an intricate angel picture cane surrounded by concentric
rows of millefiori in blue and pistachio. One row contains eleven
angel picture canes. Over translucent cobalt blue ground, with
five and one faceting. The number '23' engraved on the base.
Signature and date cane.

with five rows of canes cased in pale blue, bone, amethyst, lime
and coral, around a central complex black and white star cane;
with a circular top window and all-over faceting. This paperweight
exhibits the fine quality of the cane makers' skills, and especially
the cutters' skills. Signature and date cane and paper label.
