Lot 259
Perthshire Paperweights 1995 faceted magnum paneled millefiori
paperweight, with seven picture canes, including the central
cane of a jockey and horse, a puffin, duck, insect, tree and
owl, surrounded by a the riot of colorful canes divided by twists,
over a cranberry flash ground. With a top circular window and
two rows of facets around the sides. The whole magnificent work
is a feat of superior technique and the surprising imagination
from the small prodigious factory in Crieff, Scotland. Signature/date
cane. Limited edition of 35.

Perthshire Paperweights miniature pink flower paperweight,
the blossom, with green leaves and stem, floating above a celery
green and white stave basket. A spare work of delicacy and definitely
an homage to the French paperweight makers of the Classic era.

a blue flash overlay; top facet and sixteen oval side facets.
