Lot 304
Vasart transparent glass vase in an oblong shape,
with aventurine accents around the lip, blending down into the
body surface, covered with sea green dappling. "
Some
early Vasart production used colors and gold aventurine brought
with the Ysarts from the Moncrieff factory (but) the supply was
limited and soon they were forced to find other sources. The
family were well versed in the chemistry of glass and purchased
raw chemicals to make their own colors." -Ysart Glass.
