Lot 72
*Whitefriars "1848" concentric millefiori paperweight,
with rings of cog canes in pink, blue and white, in a high dome. The 1848 date canes were there to entice the burgeoning collectors in the early 20th century. Rough pontil. Provenance: Collection of Frances Fairchild.

Lot 73
*Antique Whitefriars close concentric millefiori paperweight,
with a large central cog cane and four circles of cog and ruffle canes, in red, white, blue, amethyst and aqua. The colors alternate between strong and pastel soft, and the canes are uniform. Rough pontil.

Lot 74
Antique English concentric millefiori footed inkwell,
the base set with a large, central, red, white and blue cog cane, with five rows of simple canes in white, amethyst, blue, pink and green. The stopper echoes the base design, with four rows of concentric canes, the outer row is centered with an unusual shape, which in a few canes appears to be a head in profile.

Lot 75
*Antique, possibly Val St. Lambert, spaced concentric millefiori paperweight,
the eccentric variety of canes, some complex, some simple, are like toppings on a whipped-up, white cushion ground. Some look like attempts at "collapsed tube" Clichy roses. Painted red enamel shows an accession number 1939.38.

centered with a composite cane in yellow, orange and white, around a blue honeycomb cane, and three rows of complex canes in ruby, pink, white, green and orange, over clear ground.

with a circular top facet, four side windows and elaborate cutting.

*Antique Bohemian patterned millefiori paperweight,
with an irregular grouping of canes in blue, white, yellow and pink, encircled by four "C"-shaped arrangements of moss canes and four spaced canes, at the outer edges, comprised of clustered star canes in pink, blue and white, set in clear crystal. Uneven dome.

Antique Stourbridge close concentric millefiori paperweight, with well-made complex canes in uniform garlands of pastel green, pink, white and cobalt blue, set in clear crystal.
