paperweight, a variation on the chequer tradition, composed
of twist canes outlining five squares, with different complex
cane designs in each grid; over translucent purple base. Signature

*Perthshire Paperweights 1970 spaced millefiori paperweight,
on upset muslin filigree. With bold complex canes, in purple,
aqua and pink, over translucent blue ground. Signature and date

with a complex center of grouped canes in a hexagonal shape,
surrounded by a hexagonal torsade of twists and two outer rings

*Perthshire Paperweights 1975 thistle picture cane and
patterned millefiori paperweight. The emblematic thistle
cane is at center of three concentric rings of canes, with radiating
filigree twists separating trios of canes, over white lace ground.
